How to apply Schengen visa for Nepali?  With in complete documentation, traveler required to apply by online to get the visa apply date to submit the document.  Within 3 to 9 working days you will get your passport return with Visa. Please note:  the tourist visa cannot extend while you are travelling to Europe as a tourist.

What Documents are required when applying for a Schengen Visa to Europe for Nepali travelers from Kathmandu through VFS Global?

Please note: To Apply Schengen countries visa from Kathmandu, all the applicants required to come for a Biometric in VFS Global (Thamel) with all required documents.

• An application form fully completed and sign.
• Recently taken photographs 2 copies (35x45mm) size must be white/light gray background with clear front face.
• A valid Nepali passport.
• Citizenship and photocopy of citizenship.
• Round trip reservation flight itinerary details.
• Travel insurance policy with minimum 30000 Euro covered in case of emergency health service
• A hotel or hostel booking conformation.
• A complete tour itinerary.
• A motivation request letter for Embassy.
• Personal financial statement (like income source, work status, tax information and 6 month bank statement with minimum balance of xxxxxxx Rs.
• Marital status. (if married required married certificate)
• Visa application fees (equivalent 80.00 Euro)
• All applicants must apply by online for application date earlier for Embassy.
