Langtang Circuit Trek takes you to “the valley of glaciers and Frozen Lake”, where trekkers get to see the wonderful mountainous landscape. The Circuit Trek also goes around Holy Gosainkunda lake, which holds highly believed myth amongst the Hindus. The myth says in ancient days Lord Shiva drank the water from the spring that fed the lake. Buddhists also believe the landmark sacred because of the holy myth that states Milerapa walked across the lake that had the water of God.
