• A valid Nepali passport.
• Citizenship and photocopy of citizenship.
• Round trip reservation flight itinerary details.
• Travel insurance policy with minimum 30000 Euro covered in case of emergency health service
• A hotel or hostel booking conformation.
• A complete tour itinerary.
• A motivation request letter for Embassy.
• Personal financial statement (like income source, work status, tax information and 6 month bank statement with minimum balance of 900000 Rs.
• Marital status. (if married required married certificate)
• Visa application fees (equivalent 80.00 Euro)
